Deposit Address

Please ensure the deposit address you used is that of MEX-D and corresponds to the supported blockchain network and crypto you are trying to send. You can search the deposit address for each coin by going to the coin wallet address:

•    Go "My Wallet" page, then select “Deposits“
•    Select the asset & click "Generate Deposit Address"
•    A receiving wallet address will be provided 

Or alternatively, contact support via Contact Us page to confirm whether the address belongs to MEX-D.

NOTE: We can only send or receive from MEX-D supported blockchain networks.  Please cross-verify that you have selected the same network used on both sending/receiving platforms.  We cannot retrieve your funds if your recipient address does not belong to MEX-D. You will need to contact the sender platform for further assistance.
